Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub, an American actor and comedian is often referred to as Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub. Her parents were Jewish parents from the Soviet Union and started her career as a child actor after she immigrated to the United States. In AT&T television commercials, she played the role as Lily Adams (saleswoman) from 2013 through 2016 and 2020. In addition to commercial appearances, she was an actor in the series on the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015) and played a part in a recurring role on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016-2017). Vayntrub is also the voice of Squirrel girl in Marvel Rising since 2018, after being cast in the television pilot that has not yet aired New Warriors. Vayntrub was Jewish born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. When she was two years old, she and her parents relocated to the U.S. as refugees to avoid antisemitism and settled in West Hollywood. She began performing in Mattel Barbie commercials at the age of five because of the family's financial troubles. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School, but dropped out following her sophomore year. She she was able to get an GED and then went on to earn the Bachelor of Arts in Communication at the University of California, San Diego. Vayntrub studied improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade.
